Story :

This documentary presents the strong and beautiful relationship between Eric Bana, the Australian actor, and his lovely Ford GT Falcon Coupe which he calls The Beast.
Since a little boy, Eric has dreamed becoming a race car driver, but life has carried him on a slightly different path. His love story with his Beast began 25 years ago and has been strong ever since.
Eric Bana has lived to see his dream come true when, along with three of his best friends, decided to take part in one of the most hard and dangerous motor races: The Targa Tasmania Rally. Eric and The Beast were finally pushing the limits of their capabilities together, until on the 4th day of the race disaster struck. After an incident, The Beast was destroyed and a part of Eric’s spirit along with it.

It’s interesting to see Eric Bana’s inner struggle as he tries to go over this unpleasant aspect of his life. By his side, trying to help him get by, are his 3 closest friends, but also car-loving personalities like Jay Leno, Jeremy Clarkson and Phil McGraw.
