Story: At the end of Crank, the main character, Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) falls down from the helicopter and is presumably dead. Only he isn’t.

Due to the adrenaline rush through his body, Chev not only survives, but is heart is very strong, reason why it’s stolen by a Chinese mobster for a transplant. Chelios has in place an electronic heart powered by a battery who isn’t gonna last forever.

So instead of keeping adrenalin running through his veins, he has to pump himself up full of electricity while kicking the bad-guys’ behinds.
